Out of 3300 people including crew on the titanic only 706 people survived this tragic incident. Throughout these 706 people who survived, most of them were first class passengers.

Passengers:

492 out of 2435 passengers survived.  

Only 37% survived.

61% of FIRST CLASS passengers survived.

42% of STANDARD CLASS passengers survived.

24% of THIRD CLASS passengers survived.

2 dogs survived.

 

20% of male passengers survived.

75% female passengers survived.

 

Crew:

214 out of 900 crew members survived

24% male crew members survived

87% female crew members survived

50% navigation officers survived

100% of the lookouts who survived
